Susan Jack has more than 20 years experience working with children with special needs and
their families. Susan has worked with children and youth who present challenging behavior, both
in residential and classroom settings, and has authored numerous articles and book chapters
on children with challenging behavior. In addition, she has worked with community programs as
a trainer, researcher, and technical assistance provider, and as a partner in community service
activities.
